Log in to your firewall from the noVNC console.
From the home menu, select the option to enter maintenance mode. This is usually accomplished by pressing a key specific to the action to be performed.
Once in maintenance mode, select the option to "reset administrator password."
In this case option 3
Next, a message will be displayed indicating that the administrator password and privileges will be reset to the default values, which in this case would be:
user: admin
Password: pfsense
To complete the password change, confirmation using "yes" or "no" is required.
After confirming the password change, a message will be displayed asking you to change your password as soon as you are able to access your pfSense via the web.
