• ADD VPN USERS.

  Log in to WatchGuard using your administrator credentials.

  Access the Policy Manager

• Navigate to the "Setup" option and select "Authentication," then "Authentication Server."

• Add users by clicking the 'Add' button. Enter the username and password, and confirm the password in the confirmation field

In the 'Authentication Groups' section, select the group to which the newly added users belong. In this case, move the SSLVPN-User group to the Members group so that the new user becomes part of that group.

• Save the changes using the administrator credentials
