1. In the Firewall System Manager's Policy Manager, we select the policy and edit it. In the section.
2. labeled Proxy Action, we select the Edit option
   
3. In the new window, we select the Edit option for HTTP as shown in the following image
   
4. In the new window, we select the Weblocker option and choose to Edit the Weblocker
   
5. In this window, we select the Exceptions tab and click the Add button. In this new window, we enter a name and the URL for which we want to add an exception
   

6. If you want to block by IP, select the Host IP Address option in Type and enter the IP you want to block in Host IP Address

7. We click OK in all open windows and save the changes to the firewall.
